RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team submitting a ticket to our system, here Contact us. You can also reach our customer support by emailing us at help@teepoem.com. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Please submit your request for a refund/ exchange within 15 days after you received your product.

MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
– You can modify or cancel orders within 24h after placing the order, and in excess of this period of time, you can not change anything as the order has been processed. 
– Please send us an email and we will reply to your requirement within 24h.

RETURN 
– New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges
– Items in used condition are not eligible for returns or exchanges
** Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
– To return your items, you should contact our customer service team first. Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return. If you return the items without contacting us at the wrong return address, we are unable to receive the package and complete the refund.
– To qualify for a refund, customer has to submit a request within 15 days after receiving product and images to demonstrate the issue of the order.
– We will handle any cases within 24h after receiving your request.
– In case we are wrong we may send you the right items or refund. If you agree to get the right item, shipping time still takes 10 to 20 days after processing time as usual.

REFUND
We accept refund/ exchange for the following reasons only:
– Damaged items
– The product received is not the same as on the website/store
– The product received is not what you ordered
– Poor print quality
– Wrong color
In case we are wrong with the above faults, we will refund your money completely, or exchange for the correct item as you wish. 
We will handle your case within 24h after receiving the request via email: help@teepoem.com. Please clarify your case with us in the email including your order number and high resolution photos of the wrong items ( you should take photo of the product with the tape if it is wrong size) 

Refund will be sent back to the card that customers used to make the purchase after 5-7 days. If there is any problem, please contact our customer service team via email for better assistance.
